SIMworks: New Nature Protocols Paper from the Ochs Lab

SIMworks is a software suite built on our previous tools SIMCheck, Chromagnon, ChaiN and SIMinspector and enables data augmentation, quantitative processing and analysis. SIMworks is compatible with all commercial SIM systems and many custom ones and the Protocol explains all procedures step-by-step. The work was led by Lior Pytowski, with contributions from Adrian Henggeler, William Jandi and Wan Cho. It was a close collaboration between the labs of Lothar Schermelleh, University of Oxford, and Fena Ochs, Center for Gene Expression (CGEN), University of Copenhagen.
